Trading Summary - February 22..
A pivotal day for $EVSV with confirmation that the A/S is being reduced by a whopping 92% to only 3,950,000 (from 4,950,000,000) - most stocks do not necessarily have an A/S reduction at all after a r/s. We also now know that otcmarkets.com will be updated soon (see earlier post).
This initially resulted in every ask under .5385 - being cancelled.
Following a 2,000 share ask buy at .5267, all asks under .5985 were cancelled.
All the OTC top traders were already committed to capitalizing on other major ongoing moves - $GNCP $DNAD to name a couple - so today wasn't the day to start taking out manipulator speed bumps.
On $EVSV, the following detailed observations were noted:
- All manipulator speed bump asks at artificially low prices - and a few from low level 50% > 100% partial profit takers - up to .5985 were cancelled as reported contemporaneously: at .4450 / .4499 / .4600 / .4799 / .5000 / .5300 / 5385.
- Visible bids were ramped up - both in size and at ever higher prices - as reported contemporaneously in earlier posts - with an element of automatic outbidding - either by MM algorithm or some traders observing continually and increasing accordingly to get the top bid.
- The first whale that had been at .3026 with 24K moved ultimately to .3480 and a second with 26K outbid him at .3500. Together they had the equivalent of 100M in "old" money on the bid - so 1/4 of the amount picked up in this price range on January 14.
- There were no significant fills on the bid.
- A number of small buys were via non-visible bids higher than the main ones that "caught" basher / manipulator paint down attempts.
- When the ask did not get bought immediately at .5985, the basher / manipulators - who maintained the nonsense narrative on iHub that no serious traders could be bothered to slap them down on as it was too distracting to major profit earning elsewhere - started to put up artificially low asks starting at .5500 going down to .5000.
- More than one of the suspects then stacked the ask to 17K at the single point of .5000 - which serious traders would not do - and one commented accordingly (incorrectly mentioning 31K) - to suit his fake narrative. The same moron also stated nobody would pay .5000 when they already had 2 hours previously !
- Part of the fake ask at .5000 was then walked down in stages - as recorded contemporaneously for any SEC Report that I might decide to submit - until reaching .4600.
- As predicted, he then lost 1000 of the shares to an ask hit and the remainder was cancelled with the next previous speed bump reappeared at .4700 with the anticipated amount (balance from .4600 added).
Overall, another 7,937 were bought today - 8 x the amount yesterday - 5,937 in the "as near to .4000 as makes no difference" and 2,000 at the recent high of .5267.
iHub will continue to be rendered irrelevant to the trading of EVSV with top traders networking by other means now and most being #boycottiHub.
We will see more larger hits on the ask once the next Unrestricted O/S reduction is out as the top traders don't want to exceed the reportable %. Largest today was 5000.
This move will most likely start when the iHub scammers least expect on a day that is quiet elsewhere in the market with no other stocks on the Watch List moving.
We also had the following update from the CEO today (in addition to the A/S figure): "EVSV boots on the ground I am leaving for Rochester MN Sat night for hemp expo Sun- Tue and Wisconsin thereafter as the pieces to the puzzle cannot fit any better. A/S is showing at DE. As 3,950,000 will post pics of that amendment [already done - see earlier post] otc will be updated too. Warp speed ahead"

I'll be updating both the DD / Rolling Brief and the Summary of % Shares Held At Bottom Prices over the weekend. I don't currently intend to reveal all - or perhaps any - of that on iHub but I might debunk the moron element with abridged elements. At present it is clear that almost all interest is on the main board here.

The serious traders in $EVSV - with the exception of long / fellow continuous trader "tutankhamans" - are still mostly #boycott iHub for most of the day at the present as we're too busy making money elsewhere.
Most of the main traders in the OTC - including me - are too busy to be bothered jockeying for position with the manipulators. We already have our .4000s (or equivalent .0002s from January 14) and additional .3300/.3400s and don't need to prioritize time on $EVSV until deciding to take out everything under 1.0000 when a suitable opportunity arises.
There is still very little in asks under .6000 and $EVSV should be extremely thin to 1.000+. Note how correct this turned out to be !
Any one of the significant traders in $EVSV could move it to 1.000 single handed if they chose to. I might do it myself just to deny the cheap shares to the basher / manipulators on a day that is relatively inactive on my other top picks.
Overall, $EVSV continues to play out exactly as I expected and suggested it would for those following my proven "trading through a r/s" strategy. It is maintaining the pre-r/s par of .0002 / .4000.
Ahead expect:
- Continued manual and further automatic outbidding.
- Closing of the spread.
- More hits on the ask from those that failed to load .0002/3/4 [.4000 > .8000] on January 14 before the r/s and who only have .0005 [1.000] and above.
