Tbere are "some" that are waiting for the uplist to really buy in.
Playing it safe, I guess. They think that will be "the proof the need".
Some will be selling on that day because that was their goal and they reached it.
The proof I love is the Road Show is just to raise the SP and pour octane on the FOMO.

The $ 20 mil has been guaranteed already, a long time ago by AGP.
In fact, AGP also asked for a oversell allotment .
Why would AGP
A) risk any money, yet alone TWENTY MILLION DOLLARS
already ask for a guarantee share allotment for overage
But, people will do what they think they should do.... just like teaching a mouse not to go past a certian point even when the door is wide open!
