The penny stock manipulator groups just wait for things to pounce on and when the FED Appellate Court panel used copout Rule 36 to affirm lower court, they started a sell-off trying to cause panic with folks that don't thoroughly understand the IP and just panic w/out understanding the ruling and it's over - NOT! Then the panic sells eventually trigger stop-loss sells on the way down. They succeeded with some folks and now the buy back has already started!

And why some think patent play, that's just ridiculous! We have products and sales, not big numbers yet, but that's coming and by EOY IMSO we will be far from penny land!
As most of us here at the SFOR IH board have thought and Mr. Kay said before - litigation and deals will run in parallel - the timing is on the courts and customers!
IMSO we will prevail with rehearing and getting the technology IP understanding point across better in the briefs and rehearing oral!
