I don't think he's mentioned an audit in a while. It would be cool if the audit was in play again. People claim SB needs to complete the audit to regain trust. Whatever. As long as he maintains this trajectory the audit will come. Just a formality at this point if he has removed all of the barriers - which to his credit he has been very transparent about. The big hurdle was the DE debt. That's history. The other issues were to do with corporate execs from before Steve's time - they have papers Mazars needs. Not sure if Mazars still needs those papers since they would not be auditing 2016 anymore (I think).
