Appeal/win will happen, Big deals will be happening as well.
I am talking big deals as in receiving the big millions in revenues Kay had been tweeting about.
PTAB got it right, there is no alice 101 statues in qualifying for a patent. Ultimately the rehearing will get it done, either in Appeal Court or Supreme Court. Or on the basketball court! Ropes and Gray is undefeated yeah! lol
As has been posted the Supreme court is aware of the pandora's box of confusion they opened with Alice 101 and they have a chance to correct it with Birkheimer revisit as has been posted by Hates Liars.
Seems like they are having the solicitor general gathering an amicus brief
The amicus brief is gathering information from various sources , the legal community, government official in the senate and congress as well as in industry, to help the SCOTUS.

Re sales SFOR's management and channel partners have been working hard. These guys have been maligned because the deals have taken a while through now fault of their own. They are warrior poets , OK maybe not braveheart warriors lol but the fight in the face of infringers and delays and tredge forward closing and working the deals to fruition.
Peeps think that their (financial ) ship comes in to them , no, inn the real world you get off your touchee, you have to swim out to that ship and make it happen financially , lots of effort to close these deals.
But as we have seen some big deals have been complete Gallagher , Ecuador, McAfee, Hospitality and others and we wait for for a First Data. DO you think the buyout of Finserv may have delayed it a little?
We put in 2 plus years in First Data. They revealed in a press release the first layers of cyber defense with Trans armour. AS cyberC has posted First Data's Press release, they intend to put other layers of security , and the OOBA and Encryption will be one of them. And they will PR it to. And just like trans arour name will be in , so will ACSs , cant wait!!!!
Its must be close , remember all the testing that was going on, I am sure there was a reason for it, but the job was close to completion, now after things have settle with the trans armour,and the comletion of the Fin Serv BO.
I think its close. When that baby hits, watch out above, because we will be launched into the promise land for OTC stocks, and that is Dollarland! And the Nasdaq!! DUO was bought with for 2.3 billion with Revs at 100 mil. Could SFOR being a 100 mil a year stock go to multi dollars, ah... yeah!
I have so much confidence in this SFOR team and Channel partners.
Add that to Gallagher and other accounts and as they say in jamaica "we be rollin man!"
