Dare I say that anything is possible? Who is to say that someone would not want to discuss potential settlement especially while the news of the litigation is making headlines. Not every company wants to continue being mentioned in these. I'm just saying, although I don't know much about these proceedings. We shall see but regardless, we moved up nicely today and I am pleased with that!
