Certain fudsters continue to make libelous posts about IPIX and its mgmt. For their benefit.... the definition of libel is:
Libel: a published false statement that is damaging to a person's reputation, a written defamation.
Some of the fudsters on this board who are being paid to post by large funded entities feel or have been told that they have nothing to worry about in regard to making libelous posts. They believe that either the company will go bankrupt and therefore, not have the financial capacity to go after them or they can hide behind a message board using a made up name and/or use a VPN address(as the self-proclaimed amateur has stated he uses) to avoid being sued and/or prosecuted.
Many longs like myself have wondered why do these fudsters spend so much time posting on this IPIX board on a stock that is priced at $13 to .$14. Besides the compensation that many of them receive for posting false information about the company, the true real reason is probably they do need the company to go bankrupt to insure they are never sued or prosecuted.
Very sad commentary! What do they tell their friends and loved ones when asked what do you do for a living???
