i had a problem when i was young , i went to medical school passed all my tests then applied for the board exam to get a license in my state. the state board of examiners rejected my application with no bases. i didn't know what to do . a friend's father said contact the senator so and so and tell him you were born and raised in his state and went to medical school and now was rejected to take the board licensing exam on no bases. the senator called the board of examiners and boom within a 1/2 hour i got a call from the board of examiners and took my exam and made the highest grade ever and became licensed to practice in my state. i called the senator back ,and asked why they did this to me, he said they were predjudiced of my medical school that i graduated from, a personal opinion that your medical school was inferior and that they were black balling all applicants from your school in that state. obviously they didn't want to loose their job and the senator had the power to shut them down based on the federal 1964 physicians equality act, that the board members had no idea even existed. senators are very powerful while congressmen are not, because i called my local congressman, and he said he does not have power over my licensing board of examiners. this is pretty much the same here with sfor imo. you need a bigger hammer !!! i used a big hammer and got my way in a 1/2 hour. scotus is the way to go. or at least get your senator involved before you make up your mind.
