Totally agree Puglista. I was afraid I'd be deleted to suggest this, but what do you think if RG just worked with a skilled Writer/Editor with goal to do what SA did so well -- simplify, simplify,simplify -- using the kind of easy images that everyone understands and can relate to, like the bank, picking up your child from school. even the judges kept coming back to those images and that language.
I am really happy we have another chance at this. but I am equally concerned that if we don't come better prepared with a simplified way to describe our complicated patent, we may just lose a third time.
