My email and thoughts to Mark. Maybe you guys can offer him some insight. He may appreciate it.
Hey Mark,
I am glad to see you guys are gonna keep fighting. I thought I would offer my insight as a business owner and someone that has dealt with IP litigation. Sometimes I need a fresh set of eyes to look at things when I am working and when you look at the same thing you can't notice what may be a problem. One thing dawned on me as I listened to SA argument and RG argument. Is that SA argument was so simple that it seemed stupid but it worked because in my opinion SA knew who there audience was. it worked twice. Perhaps they banked on the judges not understanding what was going on. Thats why the judges said, "just uphold the lower court decision. This is to complex" . When I try to explain the IP to people they don't get it sometimes.
Maybe you can run that idea by Ram and George and RG...Keep it simple. Dumb it down so a high schooler can get it. LESS IS MORE sometimes
Whenever I am making a new laundry detergent you can add to many raw materials and it doesn't stay in solution it falls apart. When you dial everything back and water it down some it works. I have a new laundry product that gets results.
Just my thoughts and I could be totally wrong.
