“A judgment or decision has been entered without an error of law.”

Wouldn’t this one mean they are saying the original ruling was entered without error of law? Maybe it means they agree with the first judge’s interpretation of the law.

This could be good for a rehearing! If one of the panel judges disagrees they might make everyone re-hear it!
