Check the dates. Prohibited May 29, 2018. Attorney letter dated March 9, 2018. Are you saying that the attorney signed off on our financials while prohibited from doing so? Not true. Did his involvement with ONCI put him in bad standing? If so give us the facts that led to his prohibition.
If we see his signature on this years attorney letter then we have a problem. This, without further facts connecting the two facts, is not a problem. Just an attempt to create doubt and fear.
