I believe it's nothing to do with otc markets. I think for whatever reason either TA or Steve Didn't submit all the necessary paperwork on time.
I remember Steve blaming to Finra for name change delay last year, but in fact he Didn't submit everything necessary back then.
Well, waiting game now. It's onci and nothing happens easily with onci, imho.
