Did this rep communicate the internal process in which a share reduction is dealt with? Are they entered as received in a system this rep could access?
I don’t know the OTC Markets process myself but would doubt an approved share reduction letter gets any treatment beyond a time stamp once received then placement into a reps “to do” inbox.
If you or anybody else knows exactly how this works please share this with the board. Otherwise stating that the reduction has not been submitted is just stating unsubstantiated information.
Otherwise we will know the reduction has happened when it shows up on the OTC website. Until then it’s all unsubstantiated rumor.
