Pugilista, yes it appears we had 3 judges who had no clue about our technology, terminology, or even computer based applications. The judges understood kindergarten concepts and greek mythology so their only way out was to hide behind rule 36 because they had no education or ability in authoring a judgment that would sound logical. So rather than look stupid in the publics eye they took the easy way out and screwed Strikeforce by handing SA the rule 36 copout. These 3 judges proved to be an incompitent embarrassment to our judicial system. A 3rd grader could have issued the same ruling without having to justify their decision. How can a judge or panel of judges justify a decision when they don't even know what MFA or OOBA means or translates to in technical terms.
