We are now forced to shelve the lawsuits and settlements.
Blocksafe's progress/future and the already contracted deals are certainly worth more than today's PPS which ended with a Market Cap worth for SFOR of just over $10 million.
B-Safe & confirmed deals/Channel Partner research will now be the order of the day so that we can all be kept up-to-date on how near revenues from contracted deals are as well as B-Safe's progress.
Someone earlier was conjecturing as to whether Government deals that SFOR is already involved with will be affected. The answer is no because no one disputes that SFOR owns the patents. The Government wants to work with patent owners.
What infringers are disputing is the validity of the patent's claims in order to be financially penalized for infringing on those patents.
Strikeforce suffered a setback today. After reflecting on this I see things clearer. We were hoping for the Trifecta and here's where we stand:
1. Lawsuits will be shelved for now
2. Blocksafe is making huge strides and the STO begins next month
3. All of this goes away with a significant revenue announcement and SFOR doesn't need patents to implement their deals/grow their business because DUO never had one MFA/OOBA patent
