We need to show grace in our lives during adversity! I am very upset as this decision. I truly don’t understand the logic. I do believe as some has said here that the legal system has human flaws. The judges took the least path of resistance and ruled against us. All please understand we have litigation financing on a assumption of a win. So a very bad day came to our council in not winning on the basic merits. Our litigation financing is taking the hit here and we took it in stock value today. The court did not decide on the facts of was SA violating our patent rights. The federal court decided to not rule against a California ruling on merits of our original argument. This is where team SFOR needs to realize that fighting battles though court system might not be black and white as it maybe gray from laymen’s perspective. Meaning the judges have really no understanding in how SA infringed upon us and our legal team could not push it through in very simple terms which was how our adversaries fought the battle. Kindergarten and Greeks and Romans concepts were used against us. In my opinion, though late we should have said my anology that horse and buggy is the same thing as a car as they both are transportation as a simple concept to the judges to understand in theory yes they are transportation but neither are simply the same and a laymen can see the difference to show an anology that our Patent communicates and is digital and takes out human error which is worlds above what SA’s council was trying to say was similar. Now it’s a mute point. We should have argued simplicity and easy concepts not collateral crap that most cannot understand. That all being said whomever sold today was not on SFORS team even if it were to say you wanted to save something. Most have been here at .004. Why would you sell a .015 cent stock? Do you believe the company is worthless because that’s what you said by selling it off of this stupid news without a response of our team at SFOR. I am very interested to see what our council decides to do as this was argued on its basic merits with out multiple judges understanding it and we took a loss without paying a dime in theory but now we need to retrench and figure out a better game plan. All of this is in my humble opinion and the Bear is one unhappy Bruin.
