Look at this part of the 10Q > " "On February 13, 2019, European Plastic Joint Stock Company, a Vietnamese company, signed an agreement with PHI Group, Inc. to participate in an energy sub-fund of PHILUX Global Funds, a master Luxembourg bank fund scheduled to be activated in the first calendar quarter of 2019. According to the agreement, European Plastic Co. will contribute $2,000,000 as a general partner in the energy sub-fund and hold 49.50% of the general partner shares in this subfund. That's the 1st time we have OFFICIALLY SEEN at least one of the LUX SUB FUNDS is going to
be ACTIVATED and by no later than March 31, 2019 for one of the projects !!!
