I think the right decision based on SCOTUS rulings, PTAB rulings, and rulings against Alice 101, was just simply above their pay grade! They lacked terribly in their ability to comprehend and sort things out in a manner which would have allowed them to write a comprehensive decision based on the aforementioned items/rulings! They took "the path of least resistance"! All IMHO!
