Ram was the person to argue the computer concept and creative solution, however; I did not hear that level of understanding or explanation by the counsel. They did not hear a concrete explanation of how it was original and applicable to computer solutions, nor did I and I was expecting it. Undoubtedly, the panel was too, and was not convinced it was direct and unique to a computer solution/ application.
I though it was solid and locked based on opposing argument, but I was wrong.
Moving on, others are clearly convinced of the efficacy of the product or they would not be using/infringing, if it were not the shiet. Our channel partners (known and as of yet unknown) and Blocksafe and many others are going to make a mint on the SFOR products --come on marketing!
SFOR staggered, but not on the mat by any means! SFOR's revenue streams are diversified with several other avenues of that are open and widening. I remain long and buying.
