Everyone here has been negatively effected , we want legal answers to where we are going, but the answers we seek are legal and they will come soon from Ropes and Grey. I am sure they already have scenarios that have been discussed. But its not Kay call legally, he has to wait to.
Kay will announce what they professionals reveal the best direction to go after conferring with BR. Yes its a setback , but we will see our options. BR has won many Supreme court victories. We are in the best of hands. Its not over as they say until the fat lady sings. lol
The mods agree we will not allow the boards to degenerate into a venting board, we will not allow the liehub trash to breed and sow fear , misinformation and discord and disrupt our board. Not Happening
This an information board about SFOR we took a hit today, and we await the guidance from the #1 lawyer firm on this matter.
Even without the Settlements we will still be a formidable revenue company with significant buyout prospects. I am expecting good news on the sales front. ENough time has past with some of these account something has to pop soon! Remember we are in on some huge accounts.
