Unfortunately I think you may be right, this particular case is (for the most part) DONE.
Ropes and Grey may want to take this as far as they can.... in most cases a Rule 36 is hard to overturn-NOT impossible.
My belief is SFOR will continue, albeit licking their wounds from this devastating affirmation.
HOWEVER
Keep in mind the other patents SFOR holds several really important ones related to “keystroke encryption”. Keyloggers are stealing info as we speak for thousands and maybe millions worldwide typing on their electronic devices. SFOR is stopping it- in fact everything I type right now, keyloggers CANNOT see what it is due to use MobileTrust and SFOR’s patented keystroke encryption software!!

Let’s not forget up and coming BlockSafe Technologies! This could very well surpass anything SFOR has done over the last 19 years by leaps and bounds. Cryptocurrency is, and will be mainstream sooner than you think, with it, protection needed. Just as early computer manufacturers and consumers quickly saw the need for antivirus protection, the crypto world quickly found out the many weaknesses in the blockchain, whereas BlockSafe is “at the right place, at the right time, with the right product “ IMO moreso than SFOR was for OOBA- is it possible they were in fact TOO far ahead? Allowing others to ‘create’ their own versions and paths taken off of Ram’s early thoughts?

With a 49% stake in BlockSafe, George and Mark owning another %, Strikeforce HAS a cash cow sitting in their back pockets.
Did SFOR lose the battle today? I’m afraid so...
However, I will bet my millions of shares that Mark, George, Ram, and Co.,as well as, B&R and R&G will not stop or throw in the towel.
SFOR will live to fight and keep its place in the cybersecurity industry and the up and coming blockchain movement with BlockSafe.

OOBA May very well be dead for us BUT, Tomorrow is another day, another day for SFOR and it’s subsidiary BSafe to move forward with upcoming deals, revenue (probably modest at best), and look towards going ALL in in keystroke encryptions and blockchain security.
