You are right and that's the reason why BW won't talk about the market cap. Instead their focus is on the share price but you can't compare share prices. You can compare market caps.
If one takes each vertical and start doing some comps, very conservative projections and add them all up, one will come up with their own valuation and can choose to investor or not invest according.
BW try so hard to convince people the partnerships mean nothing, but never did any DD to know VERB has been working with Microsoft for 8-9 months, partnering with Oracle and Salesforce on applications.
