re 'new' concession owner- apparently owns surface rights and owned the concession since 2005- leased such to Bob-his name has been revealed before in mex mining records,which i have posted before
re his mention that he is owner: thanks for clearing that up- didnt know whether you meant owned surface rights or concession-as it turns out i guess you mean both
in the usa many surface landowners suddenly recognize they dont own the mineral rights when mining companies come through and buy a lease from the govt
yes we understood that since brad reportedly had not paid the workers, the trommel-apparently as per court command-was sold to pay the workers
the last time one of our posters shared his pics from a mine visit the only major piece of equipment seen-other than the construction trailer -was the trommel-so we wondered if brad was storing equipment in ysidro,a suburb of san diego,where he had a corporate facility
so you acquired the concession(which was yours but leased to bob) in a court battle w brad?
and are going to mine yourself? rather than let out or lease the concession to somebody else
so as a local you are in the mining records as surface owner and now if not always concession owner,since you leased the concession
