If he worked for me, I would either fire him or hire people with talent in the business disciplines that he lacks. The time for the share reduction was ridiculous - AND, it was something he GUARANTEED last July 4th. Since I can't hire any more people, the only option I have is to fire him by selling my position in ONCI. Decisions...decisions. My guess is we might hear about SR this week, but, nothing else and that is just not good enough for me. GLTA
