Saw and responded to that copy as I say it's just not good enough... and shouldn't be for any of us... just a simple share reduction that could and should have easily and quickly been done through the TA already (like all other OTC CEOs do)... taken way too long like everything else this CEO does (So his MO is the problem and if he continues with it, it'll continue to be so).
I know the kind of response he gives to many who contact him (including myself once)... and that's just not good enough; pompous and full of himself...
Once upon a time I took a CEO's word as gospel but no more... show me third party proof please, especially in ONCI's case because he doesn't readily deliver on his own word yet sets timetables and expectations. And this is among the reasons I've maintained how important it is to continue to be 'current' on OTCM and have those very telling financial filings.
I've said in the past I thought ONCI was amazing and unique because of all he set up... but without delivering in some timely way, it becomes meaningless to even communicate with us... leaving shareholders to continue to speculate, second guess, call him names and get angry...
At the moment we're looking at something as simple as OTCM showing the SR in 24-48 hours from Thursday (a SR which he's already supposedly worked out with the TA and been fully aware of more than a week and even months).
My understanding is even though it's a weekend and even a holiday, this is an 'automatic' process. So, we may or even should see the change on OTCM on Sunday/Monday? I believe this happens regularly... check out a post I just came across regarding another ticker at that other place:

I just dont want to see OS increase
anymore. OTCMarkets took 8 days last time to update when it increased on 02/01. Next note was due 02/08. Last time I saw increase on a Sunday. I hope I dont see one this weekend or ever again!!
