Not sure how you conclude that Discovery may already own over 30% of the outstanding float. All that we know for sure is that the company had to issue them approximately 7.5 million shares due to Discovery's conversion of the 35 preferred shares. Of course it's possible that they are buying shares on the open market, but so is everyone else. It's also possible that they are selling. Anyway, the point of all this is that it's pure speculation.
There is also the possibility, as unlikely as it may seem, that OWC will just repay with cash rather than shares. So with all due respect your assumption that they must be gobbling up all the shares to get to a majority is just a wild guess and not based at all on fact!
