My Opinion is Steve made his Dreams and Aspirations Public with all the hopes of making them come true, problem was when he found out how hard it was to accomplish all this in the time frame I believe he gave himself, he let his arrogant pride kick in and has made mistakes not intentional but made them that cost us and him.
He needs to work on how he delivers any news take the time do it with out the excitement taking control, if he can't dog gone it let someone else do it.
Before I invested here we vetted Steve the products patents, Steve's history, anything to do with ONCI[because of the love I had for the product], Steve has changed some what as to when he first took over ONCI, myself I believe some of the reason was on how things started turning around when he wanted the Audit/Share Reduction/ Name Change/ to happen, but he never vetted what it took to get it all done he spoke before he looked.
Well all this made Steve look very bad and I believe made his attitude change, [would have mine] he has so much pride that he decided ok I'll do this my way, don't give a shit what the investors or anyone else thinks, they can stay/go which ever makes them happy, I know what we own and where this will lead me to, be apart of it my way or move on.
He also never anticipated all the hostility that came at him 20 fold and he has taken a lot from a bunch of people that want to blame anyone if there zipper gets stuck while in public.
He needs good honest criticism when he screws up/he also needs to learn how to take and step up to the plate when it happens with solutions.
End of story.
