TECHNOPOLIS PLC STOCK EXHANGE RELEASE February 15, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. EET Technopolis Plc’s Financial Reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2019, Change in Previously Announced The updated schedule for Technopolis Plc’s financial reporting in 2019 is the following:
- Year 2018 financial statements release and complete financial statements: February 27, 2019, around 4:00 p.m.
- Q1 2019 Interim Report: May 3, 2019, around 4:00 p.m.
The previously announced dates were February 28 and April 30, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.
On October 16, 2018, Kildare Nordic Acquisitions S.à r.l. completed a voluntary public cash tender offer for all the issued and outstanding shares in Technopolis Plc and announced on October 17, 2018 that it will exercise its redemption right pursuant to the Finnish Companies Act. Kildare has commenced the redemption proceedings in respect of the remaining shares in Technopolis by initiating arbitration proceedings in accordance with Chapter 18, Section 3 of the Finnish Companies Act in order to obtain ownership of all the shares in Technopolis. On February 6, 2019, Technopolis Board of Directors resolved to apply for the termination of trading in the shares of Technopolis and the delisting of the shares from the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd. The application for the termination of trading and the delisting were submitted to the Listing Committee of Nasdaq Helsinki the same day. As the proceedings are ongoing, the publication date and time of the half-year financial report 2019, the interim report for the January–September 2019 period, as well as date for Technopolis’ Annual General Meeting will be communicated, if needed, at a later date. Technopolis observes a 30-day silent period prior to publication of the financial reports.
