The company didnt do anything illegal

The company didnt do anything illegal other than the alleged payment of 3000 to a middleman to promote a stock-which is how most promotions are run.

Besides which the sub is in Mexcio and SEC and DOJ cannot shut co down.

I subscribed to ca 100 penny stock newsletters a while back and still skim some of them.
Imo all promoters are making false and misleading statements as per sec 17 and 10(5)b etc-except for 1 or 2 promoters I am aware of.

All promotions use such misleading statements to hype the pps for the purpose of increasing pps-probably usually so the company can sell stock into the market to raise funds.

Almost all promos I've seen are for companies w no net income, their current ratio (ratio of current assets to current liabilites) is almost always below 1-sometimes .001 -which means current liabilities exceed the companies ability to pay so the co has to quickly raise funds to pay creditors.

CWRN did not have any operations until summer 2010 and only had a caretaker operation w 15k in expenses/qtr as per last reported filings. So other than Bob probably being in debt personally to the tune of 1.6 million and interest(as per filings) for his mining ventures there was no immediate reason for such an alleged March 2010 scheme.

Bob allegedly paid a middleman 3k for a promotion. Allegedly the promoter was going to buy stock on open market to increase pps so Bob could eventually sell stock into the open market for allegedly anywhere from 3-19c pps. FBI only allegedly made 1472 dollars in purchases at .0029 and 0.003 which had little effect on pps and no effect just days later.
So Bob never had the opportunity to sell stock into the open market-the alleged ill gotten gain.

The only difference I've been able to ascertain so far between this alleged scheme and thousands of other promotions is:

1)promoter was going to allegedly buy CWRN stock on open market instead of just pumping via newsletters-some promoters no doubt buy stock on open market as part of a promo-how many I dont know.

2)The only other difference is that the promoter didnt exist -it was a creation of the FBI-which LIED to Cotton about all these things.
So out of thousands of equally allegedly fraudulent promotions why was Bob targeted.

I grew up in a cult by birth and have seen the exact same activity by shorters etc as executed by cults-they purposefully target good people for capture or destruction-laying 1 trap after another. They want to destroy ALL good people and they control just about everybody they want including lawyers ,judges,w many plants of their people into FBI (full of them) and other agencies-who are completely blind as to what is going on.
FBI heavily recruits from 1 of these cults as per reports w millions of members because the members are clean cut on the outside-so in any matter of interest to the cults -and there are many-those plants obey the manipulation of the cult and dont usually even recognize they are being manipulated.

The agencies/police /fire dept everybody falls into their traps.
E.g when I am on a particularly important phone call they will e.g call 911 and report a heart attack or fire etc (false 911 calls are a crime) at my address or next to it at a nonexistent address so my phone call is interrupted by people knocking on the door-they do things like this all the time-and this is 1 tiny portion of the kindergarten version.

The agencies are totally clueless and dont believe you when you tell them whats going on because good people are not even in the game- you see that in this feeding frenzy where the manipulators, including those who shouted fire to OTC and probably shouted fire to the SEC are in control.

Shorters destroyed every stock my friends were into and every stock I've seen w promise-the intent seems to be to bomb us back to the stone age and destroy all longs-as can be seen by their posts.

Bob didnt have much of a history w promotions at all. I only became aware of 1 of them years after the fact and after that promotion years ago-prior to the alleged promotion- crashed the pps by dumping his shares on the market, Bob swore he would never do a promo again, as per a post years back by CWRN's foreman/man Friday Bullit69.
So unless he was targeted by 1 of these cults there was no particular reason to go after him. The loudest lol objections u hear to such suggestions are usually the ones doing the manipulating-which is obvious to longstanding longs here.
