!!!!SFOR!!!! I almost choked on my Diet Mountain Dew when I saw this post. It's like seeing an ex-gf in a club after a year or so...in this case, it's been 3. Not going to lie, I made about 6K off of this stock the last time there was a litigation event, if I remember right, it was the first settlement or judgment they had gotten regarding the unapproved use of their technology at another company.
This company should - IMO - eventually make a huge amount of money off settlements with companies who, from the looks of things, let's just say, may have borrowed SFOR's technology without SFOR's permission. Some of the companies are pretty huge themselves, so the payoff timeframe is likely to be very long. They have deep pockets and lots of lawyers. Judgments are not guaranteed and even settlements can take some time. If I remember right, though, they have a pretty strong case.
