$PSGR It has been over one month since the last Press Release. It is about the time that Share holders and POTENTIAL Investors may be reading another Press Release that something may happen at one of the Pershing Resources claims/mine sites.

The Marcos site near Winnemucca, NV has not been mentioned in many months (years????) so I do not expect to hear about how another series of assays may indicate that there could possibly be some precious metals in the ground somewhere on the claims.

The Arizona claims near Kingman MAY be the most likely location to have some information released. I think that the Press Release might allude to past assays and the current possibility that something may happen sometime in the future that might provide enough interest that additional studies might occur. Y'know, '...past assays appear to suggest that there may be precious metals located somewhere undergound at, near, close by, in the general vicinity, but certainly within the western US...and could potentially lend a degree of credibility to the suggestion that something might happen at the Kingman site sometime in the next century.'

If not Kingman, then certainly the 'new' sites in Nevada near Tonopah may have Press Release potential. 'Past assays indicate that future studies may be in order to further develop the claims by the year 2225...or 2300.'

The GOOD NEWS is that PSGR is a PENNY STOCK. The BAD NEWS is that PSGR has remained a PENNY STOCK for OVER TWENTY YEARS. Tens of Millions of shares have changed hands. The shares have seen more action than the claim sites. One is indicative of the value of the other.

ACTIONS AND RESULTS!!! NO MORE BS!!!!
