It doesn't matter what any shareholer thinks or says. Nothing we shareholders do or have done means anything to DF.
He's beyond hope. And so is anyone still thinking Df is doing something for shareholders. DF put himself in this hell hole and dragged everyone down with him. Nothing is our faults at all. We never had any say and to bicker on chat boards among ourselfs is useless.

He posted to the other boards people call the swamp. DF lied that he was banned from other boards. He is not. David Foley has been lying since 2012 when I got in this later after DF took the step to deregister his companies from the SEC, basically to hide everything he is doing. This is a big red flag, but I didn't see it at the time. I was too busy with the DD about the industry which I knew was happening and DF lied about everthing he was doing at the time and since then. I bought in some time before the fake promotion big run up by bennie blankenship and others to 17 cents at around .005 and also was looking at the the media claims of Nanotech Entertainment, or DF and for weeks and weeks there was no way to verify what he claimed. No income reports, no penetration anywhere in the media market and all he had was a phone app that was shaky. There never was official documentation of any income or even media claims. Never.
I sold bits and pieces and got my investment back but when it hit 15 I made the biggest mistake of my trading life by holding, and foolishly believing, or more honestly, HOPING it was going to go over .25.
Because that was my sale price and the stupid thought that I could turn 6,000 into 325 thousand was to blindingly dumb. It crashed so fast I barely got out with my investment. I keep holding most the way down. Had i not sold on the way up, I would have lost everything today if i was still holding everything.
I have a tiny bit left after the r/s. Its useless toilet paper now.
I don't even remember the last time I posted here. And I don't care what people think on this board or any other. But as a shareholder being in the same boat, it's sickening to see the owner and ceo come on public boards and call us ignorant and stupid and treat us like shit.
David Foley knows that shareholders have short term memories. I don't. I remember and recorded all his posts including the one where he called people ignorant and stupid and said clearly that he would never ever again tell stupid shareholders about anything happening with nanotech. Does anyone remember that attack at us? Why not? Almost 95% of David Foleys posts have been to attack shareholders. How is this acceptable to shareholders?
David Foley had Wells Notices from the SEC back in 2011 & 12' and then again last year? DF's way to deal with the SEC was to bail out of it and hide. Nanotech has no business license, either does Ultraflix.
How is this acceptable to shareholders? David Foley drives a mazaroti and lives in a 4 million dollar house and can't pay the business license fees of under 3 thousand total? Since 2014, not a single company claim by DF came true. DF lied about the R/S that it wasn't ever going to happen, even thought back in 2014 prs he made the comment that a r/s would be considered if it benefited the shareholders and company.
Did DF's r/s, that was never to happen, after it happened benefit shareholders? I don't see where.
So, here we sit almost 9 years later, holding shares in a company of a criminal who lied constantly to people thinking they were investing in a real company. DF even claimed he will not go to jail 1 and half weeks before turning himself in. DF knew months before that he was going to prison. DF has lied about everything in his life for years and is at very least dillusional and sick. The sad part for us shareholders is many believed his and blankenships lies and bought into it. I not lost the huge amounts that are claimed here and elsewhere, but how is any of this acceptable to any shareholders?
How do people still support DF when he is such a broken person who steals ideas and money from strangers.
