Disclosure of new regulatory capital requirements as from 1 March 2019
The European Central Bank notified the level of additional requirement in respect of Pillar 2 (P2R or “Pillar 2 Requirement”) for Societe Generale, which will apply from 1 March 2019. This level will stand at 1.75%.
Taking into account the combined regulatory buffers, the CET1 ratio level that would trigger the Maximum Distributable Amount mechanism would be 9.9% as of 1 March 2019 (including 0.1% of countercyclical buffers as of 31 December 2018)
