Anyone actively watching level 2 knows OTCX has been undercutting the ASK for the past year. The day before yesterday, OTCX undercut CDEL and then took a backseat by .0010 when the spotlight shone upon them...
then...
when the spotlight focused intensely upon them...
OTCX disappeared on the ASK.
ETRF has not been a factor, although to someone, a tool for distraction...

My shares are locked and stored away so they cannot be shorted.
Which, for those who may not know, placing a sell order for your shares (set an extremely high price), locks those shares so that they cannot be shorted by your broker.
