The pitch is filled with misrepresentations, outright lies, and fantasy.
Note that the cost has now gone from the last estimate of $88-million to $93-million! Who on Earth would provide nearly $100-million to an insolvent, super-dilutive OTC shell company, with no business operations, no assets, no employees, and cumulative losses and liabilities of $40-million?
The fantasy Phase I rudimentary topping unit could not produce any product known as “diesel,” and the false claim of IMO 2020 grade bunker is impossible to meet without de-sulphuring capability for ATB.
The claimed air quality permit issued in 2017 is valid only for what MMEX-scam applied for; the “forgotten” desalter, pre-flash and other critical components are not part of that permit.
The presentation itself is filled with inconsistencies - Mad J., clearly suffering age-related dementia can’t even keep his lies straight; page 6 indicates the PT “deal” is a 5-year thing, while page 7 says it is a 4-year thing.
