The board has been told this for just about one year. I wonder how many shares have been involved in this play. Every time a PR is issued, the SP goes up and then gets taken down by OTCX undercutting the ASK. OTCX always appears after a PR is issued or when the SP is rising..

That is difficult to swallow.
OTCX has been the main player in driving down the SP for about ONE YEAR!
Yes, it is about the SP! Everyone in this stock wishes to make a profit or at least recover their losses. If they say they don't care, they are not telling the truth. As far as a time table, everyone has their own, it is a personal decision and no-one should come under fire for doing what they wish with their shares.
Now, a new blame he shareholder's theme is evolving
" he should take that time and money and use it to position DECN for sale."

It is always the shareholders who are to blame for anything and everything negative that happens with this company.

As I have stated, MM OTCX has been the MM responsible for taking down the SP over the past year; this is not a retail MM accepting shares from any and all common shareholders who "wish to "blow out" with every PR the company issues.
The only " Nonsense and bulls*it." appearing anywhere is coming from a source that attacks and deflects at every opportunity.
If you wish to kowtow to this source, it is your decision, but do so with open mind and eyes.
After all, it is only money...
who needs it...
