Received the first purchase order and deposit from CBD Life for an initial test run of 2,000,000 cans of Rocket High, California Lemonade and California Black Tea.
Optimus Fulfill is currently expanding their production line to meet our anticipated volume requirements for the following our HEMP, Rocket High, California Black Tea and Lemonade, Rocky Mountain High, and Green Lotus lines of beverages. Volume could be 25 million plus. (IMHO)
Payments to Optimus for product productions runs will be paid 50% upon our purchase order and 50% upon completion.
Productions runs are to be scheduled on the 15th of each month, with a rolling 3 month production schedule to be provided with each monthly schedule.
Fees to Optimus will be paid on a per-can basis as set forth in Agreement, with the fee per-can to be based on the size of each ordered production run.
RMHB Executive Management Team will meet and confer with CBD Life before April 30, 2019 to discuss and determine CBD Life’s product purchase requirements for the remainder of 2019 and beyond.
RMHB and CBD Life are pursuing other opportunities that will be mutually beneficial to both companies.”..hopefully Coffee, skin care, and our water.
Investor’s priority to Executive Management Team once the legal actions are finalized and increase in Revenue submit documentation to cancel / decrease Total / Outstanding Shares., REVERSE SPILT IS NOT AN OPTION.
