Jon Workman, Vice President of Hemp Business Development, is excited to take on a new role in launching this expansive hemp program. Mr. Workman comes from four generations of farming in Southern Arkansas. He then worked in the financial services industry for nearly 20 years as a fixed-income trading manager for a large regional broker dealer in Southern California. In 2013, Mr. Workman returned to Arkansas to manage a 9,000+ acre row crop farm and beef cattle ranch operation. Mr. Workman has a deep understanding of commercial-scale modern agriculture, utilizing technology and crop improvement to optimize yields and cultivar development. Formerly a Strategic Business Consultant with the Company, Mr. Workman has the knowledge and experience that is necessary to maintain a successful industrial hemp consulting division.
