Contemporaneous record of manipulation attempts for inclusion in a possible report to the SEC:
Artificially low undercut ask at .3300 - 2 x MM 2500 shares each.
One bought out after a 5000 buy.
INTL failed to immediately fill a buy order placed at 9:53:03 for 2500 shown - eventually filled at 9:54:13 with a painted down .3272.
INTL then disappeared completely from Level 2.
Manipulator / basher undercut the next ask at .4599 with 3254 shares - walking it down at various levels to .4000.
Paintdowns:
446 shares at .3053 and 446 shares at .3025 at 9:45:10 after a previous buy of 5000 shares at .3300.
251 shares at .3286 at 10:07:16 after the 2500 buy at .3300 (filled at .3272) and 750 buy filled at .3300.
128 shares at .3025 at 13:04:08 after the last of the .3300s bought out.
250 shares at .3425 at 14:10:15 after the buy at .4200.
185 shares at .3350 at 15:33:20.
Any investigation should check the oders placed by the usual suspects.
