The $ is already guaranteed.
So, any shares "not" sold will be covered no matter what.
I imagine Rory is just going to go to raise more interest, get a nice feeding frenzy going on.
SC numbers + Guidance + Share Count = CHUM or in VERB form, CHUMMING...
