The intensity of working out a licensing deal protecting ourselves (IPIX) considering the potential of Brilacidin must be intense. Not sure how far they'd go into the future but possibly all the way through the NDA, marketing and royalties. B-IBD alone has me wanting more of a chunk of IPIX, especially once the deal is inked. Easy to daydream about a major gap up at open one day.
This takes time, and some pretty smart lawyers I'm sure.
