Ageas and BlackRock: Transparency notification In

In accordance with the rules on financial transparency*, BlackRock has notified Ageas on 8 February 2019 that, on 7 February 2019, its interest has fallen below the legal threshold of 5% of the shares issued by Ageas. Its current shareholding stands at 4.87%.
