Vegas, Nevada,, Feb. 13, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Natural Health Farm Holdings, Inc (OTCQB: NHEL) (the “Company” or “NHF Holdings”) today announced that it has executed a term sheet to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Natural Health Naturopathic Academy Sdn Bhd (NHNA), a Malaysian healthcare education provider offering courses on health, nutrition, dietetic and Chinese & natural medicine that are accredited by more than 30 countries.
Under the agreement, NHF Holdings shall acquire 100% of NHNA outstanding shares for USD 350,000.00 . It is anticipated that NHF Holdings shall complete the due diligence process and closing the transaction within 60 calendar days from the term sheet date.
