There is no question that there are groups of traders who pump and dump stocks. There is no question IPIX (as CTIX) was a target of the Mako crew, just as OCAT and numerous other stocks were. There is no question that some of these crews have hired investigators who managed to get information about clinical trials by hiring people such as nurses, doctors, and even custodians at clinical trial sites to report to them. There is even a report of an investigator who took license plate numbers of people at a site, tracked down who they were, found out whether they had come there for just medical appointments or were involved in the clinical trial, and then found out how the clinical trial participants were doing via their posts on Facebook about how they were feeling.

You might want to refresh your memory of what was revealed in the Rosen lawsuit matter, and read the judge's opinion which was scathing toward the scum who attacked CTIX,
