Notification of major shareholding made to Vaahto Group Plc Oyj:

Plc Uutechnic Group Oyj has received from Kyösti Kakkonen a notification stating that as a result of transactions on February 12, 2019, Joensuun Kauppa ja Kone Oy, which is in control of Kyösti Kakkonen, has exceeded the threshold of 5 % in ownership of Plc Uutechnic Group Oyj, At the same Kyösti Kakkonen's total indirect ownership of Plc Uutechnic Group has exceeded the threshold of 5 %.

The total number of Plc Uutechnic Group Oyj's shares and votes is 56 501 730.
