Kay has mentioned to me and others several times that he would like to do a share buy back . To others he might have said its not out of the question. Or we are entertaining it. Its something we would like to do. Same basic phrase Semantics.
It all means the same. SFOR would like to do a share buy back program in the future. Only cash rich companies can do it.
The problem Kay has to overcome in order to do that, is to have a gaudy amount of cash / profit . In that rich cash position, there would be no question about SFOR wanting to implement those benefits. It depends on the amount of cash. He has mentioned to me , that they would have to pay off all debt, has huge cash amounts of cash in the hundreds of millions for research and development and advertising etc and at the same time have significant recurring annual revenues in the hundreds of millions and millions in profits before they are inclined to do it. Thats what is needed to pull it off.
Soon after reversal , then with in the next year or so with billions of dollars from settlements in damages and recurring revenues in the hundreds of millions, in addition of recurring revenues from channel partner sales, SFOR will become a fat cash cow.
Businesses with lots of excess cash try to minimize tax liabilities by paying off debt , shareholder Dividends, Employee bonuses and buying back shares of stock to increase value of companies PPS and at the same time, it rewards shareholders who see the value of their stock go up as shares are bought back and retired they see the PPS rises, It is a smart business move and create employee and shareholder loyalty . Apple Tesla and many other cash rich companies have engaged in this. Because they are smart.
I will say this from conversations with Mark in the past. They want to reward and do right by their shareholders. They are good fair men.
And that means when all the cash comes in, shareholders will get all the bells and whistle they can offer shareholders for their loyalty, It will also help keep shareholder money in SFOR stock!
Yes no need to move your shares or money out of SFOR stock, your shares will make more money in dividends than any bank can offer. It Stabilizes the PPS. It also attracts more investors, the whales , the wealthy investors and funds to SFOR for their money to grow in value, it's the gift that benefits everyone. Results in the continued growth and stability in the share price.
Those points were important to me in becoming a shareholder , that's why I asked Mark, that's why I share that with fellow investors to remind them of SFOR managements commitment to them. ask Cyber C and there are others.

They are offering a profit sharing percentage , its the same spirit with dealing with a cash problem , you can pay corp taxes or pay shareholders a nice dividend , profit sharing and reduce your tax debt creating bigtime shareholder loyalty. AS well as buying back shares making the SS more reasonable shareholders see their investment increase. I am saying it is something Mark has said he would like to do.

Maybe 1 year from now after reversal or 1.5 years from now we can start in that direction with some of it, perhaps the share buy back would be a good start ? What says you ? Then the other parts dividends or may we are bought out.
What if SFORs future is a 1 or 2 year thing and we are bought out. A share buy back will benefit SFOR and shareholders to get the highest buyout as the PPS will soar faster benefitting all. SO I see that happening 1st IMHO.
