That was a rookie move. I know, but I don't know if I'd done better, however, I know that at least one investor reached out to them with more favorable loan offer than what they've gotten, but they were inclined to go with the "Institutional Investor".
I think it was Farmer7 who was willing to lend them money if I'm not mistaken.
What's done is done, I hope company has a plan to unscrew this thing while not hurting existing shareholders.
