Tell me, you are a farmer and have tractors and other farm equipment that run on diesel fuel. How are you going to produce food without that equipment?
You were a garbage truck operator but your truck used diesel, no longer available and now garbage is no longer collected. That's probably good because the landfill used bulldozers to spread out the garbage.
My grandparents owned a farm and burned their garbage. Bad idea today as it would add to the air pollution.
Grains were shipped down the Mississippi River in diesel-powered barges but they no longer run.
The NGE would eliminate diesel trains.
The NGE would replace diesel trains with high-speed electric powered trains.
