I appreciate all the comments on this board by anyone and everyone... some make a lot of common sense and some don't... but they all keep the conversation going here... and keep many thinking, including hopefully SB!!! I personally don't have enough time to be here and post but actually enjoy all the reading whenever I get to it... positive, negative or indifferent commentary makes no difference to me; done my own dd/research and I'm glad to be in ONCI ...
I have to believe there's a real and true company with potential and intent to grow as well as proof of that through filings, third party confirmation, etc. of course... I will never again try to help any CEO financially because trust has been broken for me but I will support the company/CEO because there is potential for all to do well... and after all it is the bottom line everyone should be interested in... we don't place our bets to lose. Having said that, I do believe SB wants success... eventually.

And so I believe we should have that share reduction by then as well... if not long before like this week:
I then called my broker at TD Ameritrade who placed me in with someone from 'corporate' who gave me the rundown as to how a SR is done. My understanding is a share reduction may show up today or two weeks from today but usually takes a day or two... a CEO first and foremost works it out with DTC and then TA and all are notified before it shows up on OTC Markets. I emailed DTC inquiring about the process but have yet to get a response... if I get one, I'll post.
